Case Manager/Coach, Jeffco Prosperity Project – The Case Manager/Coach will act as an advocate and assist in goal setting for participating families enrolled in the Jeffco Prosperity Project (JPP). Development Officer – This critical position develops, cultivates and maintains major gift and planned giving level donor relationships.  The Development Officer creates and implements annual and long-range plans to increase major giving and levels of donor participation, and plays a key role in in the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospects as well as manages a portfolio of potential major gift prospects and donors.  Responsible for direct solicitation of gifts as well as coordinates with staff and board members in additional cultivation and solicitation. Program Support Coordinator – Monitor and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the program service building. The position involves the very dynamic, active physical work associated with delivering program services (primarily food and clothing) to up to 100 participants a day, and ensuring smooth participant flow into and through all program service areas. This includes working with a variety of systems including an electronic lobby management system, daily appointment schedules and scheduling issues, a participant services database, volunteers, staff and participants. Internships – The Action Center has non-paid, for-credit intern learning opportunities available for students seeking undergraduate and graduate degrees in specific fields of learning. Candidates applying for internships must be working with their school’s internship program to be eligible. The intern will be responsible for completing all school requirements and The Action Center agrees to uphold a learning environment with increasing responsibilities and challenges as the semester moves forward.
