Case Manager/Coach, Jeffco Prosperity Project  Coach will act as an advocate and assist in goal setting for participating families enrolled in the Jeffco Prosperity Project (JPP). JPP is an innovative collaborative connecting government and non-government entities to address multi-generational poverty, starting with children and their parents in Head Start, continuing as children move into Jeffco Public Schools. This unique project is driven by three entities; Jeffco Human Services, Jeffco Schools Foundation and The Action Center. Weekend Shelter Coordinator – Supervise residents staying in the shelter, enforce shelter policy and procedures, maintain records, and ensure resident safety and the on-going positive conditions of the shelter facility.  The work will involve some physical activity including climbing stairs, being able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Internships – The Action Center has non-paid, for-credit intern learning opportunities available for students seeking undergraduate and graduate degrees in specific fields of learning. Candidates applying for internships must be working with their school’s internship program to be eligible. The intern will be responsible for completing all school requirements and The Action Center agrees to uphold a learning environment with increasing responsibilities and challenges as the semester moves forward.
