The Betty Proctor Fund
The Betty Proctor Fund accepts applications from caseworkers, government agency, non-profit organizations and churches.
Please allow two weeks for an application to be reviewed and funded. The Fund administrator will contact the agency if your client is awarded funding or not. Please see this overview for eligibility details.
Tenant/Landlord Counseling – Helpline
The Action Center’s Tenant-Landlord Counseling Program operates a free housing information helpline for tenants and landlords throughout the state of Colorado. Callers can get answers to common rental housing questions, receive referrals and be directed to housing resources.
