The Action Center fulfills its mission to provide an immediate response to basic human needs and promote pathways to self-sufficiency through a variety of client services. With the assistance of a dedicated staff and volunteer counseling team, clients can tell their story so that their needs will be addressed and met.

• Helped more than 28,000 Jefferson County residents
• Distributed 62,944 five-day supplies of food
• Helped more than 4,400 children through our Santa Shop
• Provided 6,500 Thanksgiving meals
• Helped 5,120 children with School Supplies
• Gave away 189,680 articles of clothing
• Provided 5,630 nights of shelter
• Distributed $400,490 in utility assistance
