The action center’s Tenant-Landlord Counseling Program operates a free housing information helpline for tenants and landlords throughout the State of Colorado. The helpline is staffed by action center volunteers and receives approximately 4,000 calls per year. Callers can get answers common rental housing questions, receive referrals and be directed to housing resources.

Simply leave your name and telephone number on the voicemail. Please refrain from leaving details about the issue or problem you are facing. A volunteer will return your call and gather the information necessary to answer your question.
