The back to school season for children and their parents is a dynamic time marked by excitement, anxiety, anticipation, and undoubtedly expensive. For the Action Center’s clients, purchasing school supplies is often a seasonal expense that they choose over paying rent or utilities – falling further into a crisis situation.
Don’t forget that we take donations of school supplies year-round! Some of the biggest sales are still to come. Keep an eye out for clearance deals and consider helping the Action Center get a head start on next year’s distribution!
